Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once sent, please allow approximately 2-4 days transit time. USPS is experiencing delays so please be patient but in most cases, orders are arriving on time. Tracking will be provided to you once your order ships.
Tracking numbers don't always work, but they are the closest thing I have to being psychic once the order has left my doors. If you have any issues with your order, please email me email@example.com. Orders placed on holidays or weekends may experience a slight delay.
Your shipping cost will be automatically generated at check out based on your location and the weight of the items in your order.
Untitled Cards / Angelica Ross LLC is not responsible if USPS/delivery company loses your package.
Returns + Refunds
I think you'll love your Untitled Deck and everything in the shop as much as I do! I put my heart into designing and selecting everything I sell. However, should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please email me firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get everything sorted out for you.
Returns are accepted with 7 days starting from the date of delivery of your items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached where applicable and in re-saleable condition. Please allow 2-weeks to process the return and see the credit on your account. Sale items are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 7 days of its arrival date and provide photos of the damaged items and we'll figure out a solution.
All shipping materials as well as the actual items I sell were selected with sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices in mind. Your order may be packed with recycled packing materials. You can also choose to add a carbon offset to your order to make shipping of your purchase carbon neutral.
